Kimberly is a seasoned entrepreneur, strategy consultant, board advisor and speaker.
With a background as a banker turned management consultant and digital entrepreneur she has been operational across the Middle East, Africa and Europe. Kimberly has founded and successfully sold two companies over the past decade. As the Managing Director at Ofori & Company. – a Strategy Innovation Agency, she supports fast growing companies and corporations to scale strategically while also providing guidance on organisational design and leadership.
Beyond her entrepreneurial endeavours Kimberly is actively involved in various advisory board and leadership roles, functions as an active partner of Dutch New Narrative Lab and is an active advocate for equity for women in business and other overlooked founders in Europe.
